We are happy to advertise Private House Sales, Land, Hotels, Guesthouses, Campsites, Pubs and Restaurants within the pages of this website. However, there are a few requirements that we ask in order that you may benefit from our free advertising.
Firstly, we ask that the property or premises is located in Devon. Secondly, all our property pages will be individually built to create a unique, handcrafted database of extremely search engine-friendly pages. This in itself is very time consuming so to help us we can only accept adverts on a free basis if they are accompanied by some well written sales or advertising copy. The article length should be a minimum of at least 500 words, explaining in detail as much as you can about your property. To give a few pointers it should include: Location, Number of Bedrooms, Price, Local Amenities etc.
Holiday accommodation such as Hotels, Guest Houses and Cottages should include all of the above plus any facilities, weekly tarrifs and booking details that any potential guest would normally ask about. We are also happy to show pictures along with your advertising copy and these are preferred in JPG format. As for size, we can resize them if necessary but would welcome them sent in a manageable size if possible (320 x 240 approx).
